Our society "Satyajit co-op hsg society ltd."decided to go for redevelopment of our society in the year 2013 and finally in the year 2019 had selected Aditya Associates as our developer. In the month of Feb, 2020 our members vacated their flats and handed over our society's peaceful possession to the Developer Aditya Associates. In the mid of March, 2020 Aditya Associates performed bhumi pooja and then after two -three days demolished our society's building. Later on within 5-6 days our honble Prime Minister Modiji declared lock down due to Corona Epidemic. After implementation of lockdown we all members felt that societies redevelopement decision was wrong and all members were fall in big trouble,but Aditya Associates encourages to all members and gave promise that Aditya Associates will definitely complete the societies redevelopement project with in the stipulate period in the agreement . In the month of May,2020 We all members of our Satyajit society were surprised when we saw that our developer had started digging work in lockdown period . At the time of agreement our developer Aditya Associates promised us that they will complete our redevelopement project within three years ,but due to corona epidemic we felt that our developer will take some additional period for completion of our project. Eventhough in Corona Epidemic period Developer Aditya Associates carried out redevelopement work and gave us very big surprise by completing work in July first week in the year 2022. I like to say that Developer Aditya Associates handed over possession of our flats in second week of July,2022 i.e.within 28 months,which was unbelievable. I personally like to diclosed that Developer Aditya Associates gave us many more additional amenities apart from amenities mentioned in our redevelopement agreement . Personnel daily visit to project at morning time as well as at evening time by senior Datar sir(Arun Datar sir) and random visits of junior Datar sir(Amit Datar sir) and their Personnel attention , follow- up & positive control on redevelopement work makes a lot of difference & helps in completion of work within stipulated time. I would like to appreciate the quality work done by Aditya Associates. In last two rainy season there was not a single case of water leakage problem.The quality of amenities like of floor tiles,wooden doors,locks,door video camera ,bathroom amenities,wirings, stiphan glasses in floorbed areas,walls & ceilings colouring work were extremely good. There were proper ventilation in each rooms,majourity rooms were had east-west facing doors.The quality of provided three lifts,one generator & parking system were remarkably good. I personally feels that their Transparency and Honesty in works,calm nature,good , sober & attendive behaviour, dealing clients with love makes them VERY VERY SUCCESSFUL DEVELOPER in our thane city. I prayed the god to give them long, healthy ,prosperous and successful long life and to give them long success in their future works.
